Question : Discomfort and pain in the back by long time sitting on chair for daily office job
about more than 1 year I have been suffered a pain in my back specially at the bottom side (below the belt place) due to long time I have to sit on my chair (moveable)on an office job, by adding the transport time on the bus chair it reachs near 8 hour a day . At the beginning only my back felt pain, but for previous 6 months I feel it also in the hips, there is anything in X-ray photo and no MRI is done for it, but no way is offered me yet by doctors, and they only recommend exercises. I really don't know how it can be eliminated. Recently by doing the exercises my muscles become greatly flexible and better but the above mentioned pain have not improved greatly. Is it any resolution for thisis the cycling outdoor useful for it
Answer:
Exercises are a good start, but you should not have to sit all day to do your job. If you are on the phone a lot, stand up while talking. Take hourly breaks for a couple of minutes and walk around the office.
